Anti-Spam Legislation |
By registering in a Bedford Skating Club program, you consent to the club contacting you regarding program details and future schedules for up to 1 year from the programs start date. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting bedfordskatingclub@hotmail.com. |
Export Restrictions | We do not export any goods or services |
Helmets | All skaters, regardless of experience or age, must wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet up to and including CanSkate Stage 5 |
Liability | The club will not be responsible for personal injury or loss of property |
Media Permission |
Bedford Skating Club would like to share accomplishments of our skaters with our larger community. This may include photos and/or interviews published on our website, facebook page, media releases and/or public television or newspapers. By registering in a Bedford Skating Club program, you consent to the club posting these items to the media listed above. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting bedfordskatingclub@hotmail.com. |
Program Delivery | All programs will take place at the location indicated in the program registration. We do not offer any products for purchase on this site |
Refunds/Cancellations |
All programs are eligible for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the program start date listed for each program registration or in the event of a program cancellation because the program has not met its minimum number of participitans. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the club at bedfordskatingclub@hotmail.com. and will be prorated upon receipt of written notice and appropriate medical documentation.
Bedford Skating Club reserves the right to change and/or cancel sessions depending on registration, to accommodate special events or emergency situations. There will be no make-up sessions for snow days and/or rink closures. |
Transaction Currency | All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars |
Use of Personal Information |
Personal information provided during registration is used to facilitate enrolment, administer our programs, and provide contact information that will be used to notify you of other skating programs and events. All registration information will be shared with Skate Canada for registration, statistics, and program development purposes. |
Additionally to the general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during the registration process.
